Keynote presentation
Prof. A.-A. A. Boulogeorgos presented the MINOAS concept in the “Seventh international conference on communication, devices and networking (ICCDN-2024).

Kick-off meeting
The official start date of the project MINOAS was set at November 22, 2023. All the researchers were informed about the start date and prepared their plan for the tasks and work packages of MINOAS, which were presented in the kick-off meeting on December 4, 2023.
The meeting was effective, productive, and informative. All the researchers were introduced and explained their expertise. Collaborative tools were presented. The plans of each task and work package were discussed and the responsible researchers for each task were identified. Emphasis were given to tasks that have already started and a clear plan for preparing and internally reviewing the first deliverables was created. Finally, although work package 6 has not yet started, initial demonstration ideas and plans were discussed.
